Steel structure components manufacturing has a reasonable process flow, advanced processing equipment and complete process mode. Quality inspection shall be carried out in every process of the component production, there are quality control points in key processes and specialized fabrication process standards in complex and typical processes. Trial assembly must be carried out on steel structure before leaving the factory, and the problems shall be promptly corrected. 

Scientific construction organization design is needed before the trial assembly of steel structure, personnel, technology, safety, materials, equipment, spare parts and other aspects involved in the trial assembly of steel structure shall be reasonably arranged. Carefully and serious self-check shall be carried out during and after the trial assembly process, the next process can be performed only after the self-check is qualified. The quality of the steel structure is under effective control and strict inspection during the whole trial assembly process.
