When the engineering is under construction, each construction site needs to send an engineer to manage on-site, and guide the construction.

In the process of construction, if Party A has any change to the engineering, our company will cooperate actively and will complete the task on time, on schedule, with high quality.

A year after the completion of the engineering, a comprehensive overhaul and return visit will be conducted by the appointed staff.

The warranty period of the engineering is 3 years, and quality is of lifelong responsibility.

Should there is any need of Party A, the service personnel will arrive at the service site within 12 hours.
After-sales Service Measures
According to the relevant requirements of the bid invitation letter issued by the construction unit, our company has solemnly promised in accordance with the relevant service contents in the quality management manual: ensure good after-sales service work, so that construction units could be at ease, and be satisfied.
The company will select key personnel to set up after-sales service group, which is responsible by the Ministry of Engineering. We will conscientiously do the following tasks:
The company will send site service representatives and after-sales service team to keep in touch with the construction side at any time, timely deliver materials, information, and quickly forwarded the user's views to the relevant departments. Actively cooperate with the construction units to carry out work, and provide high quality, rapid, satisfactory and thoughtful services for the construction units.
According to the progress of installation, the construction site service representatives and technical service personnel shall be appointed to meet the requirements of the construction units, and the installation inspection shall be conducted, if any problems are found, they shall be dealt with at any time; if the problem cannot be solved at any time, consult with the construction units to formulate measures, and the company will handle it at the fastest speed.
After-sales service team is responsible for product production schedule, delivery schedule, on behalf of the buyer's power, supervise the product quality, and solve problems encountered in the factory, to ensure that the products comply with the requirements of the relevant tender documents.
Actively visit users, understand the situation, solicit users' comments, provide warm and thoughtful service. By thinking for the sake of users, the company will do its best to help solve the problems encountered in transportation and installation.
Do a good job of products packaging, transportation and insurance actively negotiate with users and develop thorough shipping schedules; the products will be packed in advance in accordance with the provisions of packaging. According to the provisions of the contract or agreement between the parties, on time delivery will be conducted with the safe delivery to the destination. Notify the construction party in writing form before shipping.
Do a good job in the goods delivery and inventory to ensure that product quality and quantity both meet the requirements of the contract. The goods inventory shall be assigned to the person responsible for the finished goods warehouse, if any part is lacking in the inventory on site, it will be replenished and sent to site in a week; Our company will send the missing parts and damaged parts to the construction site at the earliest possible speed even though it is not caused by our company.
Quality assurance is a prerequisite for service assurance, the company promises: Ensure that the products meet the requirements of the contract, with the long-term safe operation, benefit the users.
