2. Perform the standardized operation of safety during field work well and construct with license, hold the certificates for the position, give priority to guidance of safety work, give a unity command with measures, system, organization and requirement. 

3. Installation personnel shall obey the local rules and regulations and public security administration regulations and get along with nearby community, respect the manners and customs of local people and pay attention to environmental sanitation of the site and do civilized construction. 

4. Construction after drinking is strictly prohibited, do not smoke and open fire in the fire prohibition area. 

5. To enter the workplace, safety helmet must be worn, high-altitude crew members must fasten the seat belts. 

6. Pay attention to the safe use of electricity, wires must be set in good order; don't pave and pull the wires casually. 

7. Strictly implement the safety duty system, dispatch more than two employees to watch on the site every day, take strict precautions against sabotage by bad elements and avoid missing of materials and tools for affecting the work.
