1. Corporate service concept: completing the engineering task of high quality on time is only a necessary condition for user satisfaction. Providing user with perfect after-sales service is the sufficient condition of user satisfaction. 

2. Completing the engineering task undertaken of high quality on time. 

3. When the engineering is under construction, each construction site needs to send an engineer to manage on-site, and guide the construction. 

4. In the process of construction, if Party A has any change to the engineering, our company will cooperate actively and will complete the task on time, on schedule, with high quality. 

5. A year after the completion of the engineering, a comprehensive overhaul and return visit will be conducted by the appointed staff. 

6. The warranty period of the engineering is 3 years, and quality is of lifelong responsibility. 

7. Should there is any need of Party A, the service personnel will arrive at the service site within 12 hours.
